Can Idle send automated WhatsApp reminders for my salon?

Automated WhatsApp confirmations and pre-visit reminders are coming soon, powered by the upcoming WhatsApp Agent. Today you can share your booking link on WhatsApp and message any client one tap from their profile. Clients are most reachable on WhatsApp, so keeping reminders on autopilot is a near-term priority.

Will I have to write the messages myself?

No. When automation launches, Idle will ship with proven templates for booking confirmations, reminders, post-visit thank-yous, and rebooking nudges, and you'll customise the wording for your brand voice in minutes.

How will WhatsApp messages be charged?

WhatsApp messaging is fully usage-based, priced in tiers and credits depending on your volume — how many messages you send and how many clients contact you. Rates follow Meta's pricing directly. Usage is included in your monthly Idle invoice.

Will Idle re-engage lapsed clients automatically?

Automated rebooking nudges are coming soon. Today, Idle's AI client briefing and health score already flag who is overdue or at-risk so you can reach out manually in one tap.
